Electronic Vehicle Registration Card

The state system of registration and issuance of driving licenses and vehicle registration cards is designed for mass production and issuance for the citizens of driving licenses and vehicle registration cards on a plastic base with protection elements and integrated microchip, as well as saving the data in a local database.

Driving license and Vehicle registration card are made as a plastic card sized ID-1 (in compliance with ISO/IEC 7810:2008) on the multilayer polymeric substrate, and it is protected with a special surface layer enhancing its service capacity.

The documents contain an embedded electronic chip – a contactless microchip for recording the entire visual information applied on the document, as well as additional information considering the specifics of the document’s use.
