Electronic Firearms License

Specialists of “VTI” PrJSC developed information system of registration and issue of permits for purchase, storage and bearing of firearms – Electronic Firearms License.

The Electronic Firearms License is a document in the form of a plastic card of ID-1 format which helps the state authorities to combat the illegal purchase and keeping of firearms, which is currently a crucial issue. 

The Electronic Firearms License contains personal data about the holder (particularly a digital image of the holder’s face), date of issue, expiration date, name or type of weapon, trademark, serial number and other information required for its identification. The document contains the signature and stamp of an authorized official of the organization issuing the permit to keep and bear firearms. The document contains the required features to protect it from falsified information and the introduction of any other changes.
